Who we are

Located on Lapham Brook, just 1.5 miles from Auburn, Maine, our 8 acres are prime for our small farm.

Heather is a hippie at heart, with a family who celebrates/tolerates her shenanigans. Leaning into self-sufficiency, sustainability, and providing for others.

Joined in this adventure by my 20-something year old son. As a disabled individual, finding “your thing” can be hard. But, he finds joy in our herd, especially the babies. He enjoys sitting with our herd and is a huge reason why the temperament of our herd, including kids, is unmatched.

We acknowledge that we are in Minot, Maine, the traditional and unceded territory of the N'dakina People, Wabanaki/Dawnland Confederacy. We honor this land and elders, both past and present as we seek to grow in our understanding as custodians of their ancestral home from time immemorial.
